Job Title: Registered Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our team at Stay Active Rehabilitation.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, supervising technical and support staff, and planning physiotherapy programs. They will also select appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations, maintain clinical and progress reports, and confer with other health professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Supervise technical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Conduct research in physiotherapy to stay up-to-date with best practices
  • Teach and supervise exercises to patients, and advise them on healthcare
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures, and record and process patient data
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports, and conduct follow-up assessments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Experience in a rehabilitation setting is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Computer and technology skills, including virtualization
