At Feedback Construction Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, reading blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements, and measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be able to estimate costs and materials, and have experience in maintaining, repairing and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments.

We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, and a language of work in English. If you are a team player with efficient interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
  • Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
  • Prepare tenders and quotations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
