Job Title: Data Systems Business Solutions Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Systems Business Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Confer with clients to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Technical Requirements: Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Business Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Advice and Support: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Contingency Planning: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that solutions are user-friendly and effective.
  • Ongoing Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
