About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at Novin Commercial Exchange Inc. as a key member of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition

Identify and solicit potential clients to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Needs Assessment

Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services that meet their requirements.

Proposal Development

Develop comprehensive reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products or services.

Sales Contract Management

Prepare and administer sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

Price Quotations

Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet client expectations.

Product Customization

Provide input into product design to tailor goods or services to suit clients' specific needs.

Post-Sale Support

Consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Training and Support

Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment to ensure seamless integration.

Problem Resolution

Resolve product and service-related problems promptly to maintain client trust and loyalty.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot problems related to equipment to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
