As the Manager of Retail Programs and Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our global retail operations through effective program and change management of strategic initiatives. You will oversee the strategic planning for extensive retail projects, collaborating across various departments including Technology, People & Culture, Finance, and Omnichannel to ensure the successful execution of high-impact projects. Your responsibilities will include guiding the initial project framework, conducting discovery phases, developing business cases, managing change delivery, and providing ongoing support.

This position is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, with the flexibility for hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Please note this is a temporary role.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Retail Strategic Initiatives team is dedicated to driving and executing global strategies that align with our business objectives. This team serves as the link between retail locations and cross-functional partners, ensuring that projects and strategies are aligned to advance our retail operations.
Core Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize, budget, and integrate short and long-term initiatives into the strategic business plan.
- Design program-level strategies for significant business transformations.
- Provide support and guidance on program management activities, including project governance, stakeholder identification, meeting coordination, deliverable timelines, implementation planning, and process enhancement.
- Oversee comprehensive change management and execution of large-scale initiatives.
- Develop change management strategies and oversee communication and rollout processes.
- Establish, refine, and maintain program management standards, tools, methodologies, and reporting.
- Work collaboratively across functions to identify risks, devise proactive solutions, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Program and change management for global transformational projects and smaller initiatives, including:
- Our omnichannel strategy, including advancements in our POS and RFID systems.
- Implementation of a new Retail Workforce Management (WFM) System.
- Development of our retail reporting strategy.
- You possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- You have over 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects in program and change management, with a proven ability to unite diverse teams for global initiatives.
- You have a solid background in change management and training for extensive projects involving cross-functional teams.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in a retail support role.
- You have a deep understanding of guest experience at the store level and operational processes, including recruiting, scheduling, training, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- You demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills, capable of establishing and influencing relationships at all organizational levels.
- Your communication skills are outstanding, particularly in executive-level interactions.
