About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate in our Wealth Management division. As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and Advisor team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Collaborate with the Advisor team to welcome and onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings for Advisors with their clients and prospects, leveraging your organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and documentation are accurate and compliant.
  • Support the Advisor team in managing client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities, providing proactive and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
  • Strong skills in business applications and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, with a focus on professionalism, warmth, and friendliness.
