Employment Opportunity: Human Resource Assistant (Full-time/Permanent)

About the Opportunity
As a Human Resource Assistant, you will play a vital role in various HR functions, including Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Offboarding, Engagement, Disability Management, Training, Volunteer Management, and HR Analytics. You will work closely with our team to create a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring that our employees feel valued and supported.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a background in Human Resources, Business Management, or Public Administration, or a combination of work experience. You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the People Relations field, knowledge of PHIA, PIPEDA, FIPPA, ESM, and the MB Human Rights Code. You must be able to lead projects, multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate with diverse individuals, and demonstrate integrity, empathy, and respect. Experience working in the Non-Profit Sector is an asset. A valid Class 5F License and access to a vehicle are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS is essential.

Additional Information
Application is open until the position is filled. Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 75 hours bi-weekly. Work location is 84 Brandt Street, Steinbach MB R5G 0E1.
