We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in improving the overall experience for our employees during transitions, providing support and reducing uncertainty while meeting both organizational objectives and employee needs.
A Day in the Life
- Change Strategy & Framework - Design and implement effective strategies to manage project and organizational change, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption. Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to drive business results.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management - Engage with key stakeholders across different levels of the organization to communicate change objectives, gather feedback, and address concerns. Identify all impacted stakeholders in any change initiative and create an effective approach to manage and mitigate the change.
- Performance Measurement - Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of change initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Communications, or a related field of study.
- 5-10 years of relevant change management or project management experience in the IT sector.
- Experience in leadership or managerial roles would be an asset.
- Professional certification such as Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) would be an asset.
