Job Title: Data Asset Management Director

Echelon Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Data Asset Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data management strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data management strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead a team of data analysts and managers to ensure timely and accurate data delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data management projects
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a strong background in data management
  • 7+ years of experience in data management, preferably in the P&C Insurance industry
  • Knowledge of IFRS17 and P&C1 reporting standards
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
