Job SummaryThe Director will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance care, balancing medical and administrative perspectives with sound leadership.
They will work closely with families, medical directors, clinical leaders, and front-line staff to champion the enhancement and innovation of patient care.
With experience in a hospital organization and healthcare delivery system, ideally in a high acuity hospital environment, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of pediatric emergency services at CHEO.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
