Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at G RAPTORS SECURITY SERVICES LTD. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and control access to secure areas, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage and maintain security equipment and systems, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking charge of the situation and ensuring that it is resolved quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
