About the Role

Purelife Cleaning and Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including employee data, payroll history, and benefits information.
  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws, labor laws, and benefits regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in payroll or a related field.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
