Job Description

Purelife Cleaning and Maintenance is seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process payroll statements, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial data, including employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for benefits administration, such as pension plans, leaves, and insurance.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
