We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead engineering projects in Brampton, Canada.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in manufacturing and possess strong knowledge of CAD software, specifically SolidWorks. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, team spirit, and be able to manage projects across multiple sites in the Greater Toronto area.

Responsibilities:
  • Design innovative solutions using computer-aided design (CAD) tools;
  • Lead and manage projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence;
  • Supervise internal resources and subcontractors assigned to projects;
  • Establish and update schedules to meet project requirements;
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, budgets, and regulatory requirements;
  • Participate in commissioning and configuration of equipment installed;
  • Organize launch, project follow-up, and post-mortem meetings;
  • Support other departments as a technical reference;
  • Prepare and update documentation for equipment operation;
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant training;
  • PEO license;
  • Relevant experience in Health and Safety and manufacturing environment;
  • Knowledge of CAD software, preferably SolidWorks;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Communication skills and team spirit;
  • Outstanding planning and design skills;
  • English language proficiency;
  • A valid driver's license;
  • A valid passport;
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Based on the location, job requirements, and industry standards, the estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000 per year.
