Job Description

Hilton Builders Limited is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from start to finish. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including site logs, photographs, and reports.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design specifications and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in construction project management or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management tools.
