Job Title: Player Services Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Player Services Coordinator to join our team at Gateway. As a Player Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting outstanding guest relations and providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote outstanding guest relations and handle all inbound/outbound calls with the Player Services Call Centre.
  • Manage booking procedures for concerts/hotel/premium events.
  • Open and maintain new player accounts, player profiles, issue players cards for patrons, educate players on benefits of Player Passport card.
  • Screen player ratings to provide information on complimentaries to players.
  • Perform inventory control of all promotional materials.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints for immediate solution.
  • Provide superior customer service and promote excellent employee relations with co-worker.
  • May be required to greet buses and give presentations to tour and travel groups.
  • Work box office for ticket sales and complementary redemption as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Computer skills required, knowledge of Microsoft, Access and Excel.
  • Able to organize and prioritize.
  • Available to work all shifts, including overnight or swing.
