Job Opportunity Overview
Aecon is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to provide support for our SuccessFactors HRIS program. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize HRIS program needs.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to gather information, develop communication plans, and implement change management strategies.
- Design and develop content for various delivery methods, leveraging advanced research and data analysis skills to inform recommendations.
- Troubleshoot issues and gather feedback to ensure the evolution of programs and tools meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
- SuccessFactors module experience (RCM, RMK, LMS, EC) is considered an asset.
- 1+ years of experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements.
- Technical configuration experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and confident presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience working in a large and complex environment with shifting priorities.
- Highly resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
