Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2432188 Alberta Corp. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

- Authorize Payments: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.

- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of our products.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Manage employee payroll and benefits.
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
