Executive Chef for a Vibrant Kitchen Environment

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Flavours Of India.
Job Description- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high culinary standards.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain optimal inventory levels and support efficient operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies and equipment, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.
- Recruit and hire staff members who share our passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures, with a focus on preventing cross-contamination and maintaining a clean working environment.
The salary for this position is estimated to be £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
