Job Title: Clinical Strategist

Job Summary:
Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Strategist to lead our Medical Imaging project from inception to activation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, project management, and change management strategies for Medical Imaging teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Medical Imaging project from inception to activation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for Medical Imaging teams, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to engage stakeholders, manage project progress, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership to Medical Imaging teams, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in Medical Imaging project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Medical Imaging workflows, including inpatient and outpatient scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
