Job Summary
As a Pharmaceutical Care Coordinator with Bayshore HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in coordinating specialized infusion treatments for patients. This is a casual position that allows you to manage your schedule and patient portfolio, with opportunities to develop your skills and advance your professional growth.

Benefits
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
* Develop and review nursing care plans that are tailored to each patient's needs;
* Conduct patient health assessments and provide medication administration guidance;
* Obtain IV access through peripheral IV initiation or central line access (PICC, IVAD, etc.);
* Prepare and administer various specialized intravenous or injectable pharmacological treatments;
* Provide patient-centered care according to established care plans or medical directives;

Requirements
* Graduated from an accredited nursing education program with a BSN degree or equivalent;
* Current registration and good standing with provincial nursing regulatory body;
* Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification;
* Current Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required for clinic role;
* Experience in acute care and/or administering specialty pharmaceuticals;
