Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
