About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at City Jewellers Polo Park. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Promote products, process transactions, and maintain sales records.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining store appearance.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail sales experience or equivalent.
  • Language: English.
