**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform daily stock maintenance, including signing, displaying, lighting, and cleaning products.
  • Assist with minor resets and cross-merchandising as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Must fulfill minimum time in position and performance management code requirements of V2 (or P3 in previous system).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills.
