Job Overview

Noble Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales growth plans to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales growth plans to hit targets with new and established dealers
  • Understand and communicate regulatory changes in the Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration markets
  • Consistently engage in learning to establish a sound working knowledge of all product, programs, support material, and policies
  • Travel to Noble Branches in Ontario to assist Distributor field sales team on sales calls
  • Coordinate factory supported training events and conduct training for staff and dealers
  • Coordinate communications with Marketing regarding model, program and pricing changes
  • Monthly reporting with Rheem Sales Manager and Noble HVAC Senior Area Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years HVAC and/or sales experience with a proven growth record
  • Strong Microsoft Office user: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-focused and results-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is a strong asset
  • Experience calling on dealers an asset
