Responsibilities:

Assist customers in accurately quoting and ordering parts; troubleshoot product issues via phone, email, or in-person. Work closely with vendors, customers, and the warehouse team to ensure timely order delivery. Collaborate with Account Managers, the Projects Group, and the Technical Team to provide exceptional customer service.

Your First Month:

Familiarize yourself with your team, office, and warehouse. One-on-one training on systems and products. Gain hands-on experience at our Counter learning about contractor products. Working closely with a small group of customers under guidance.

Requirements:

A strong desire to learn and grow continuously. A post-secondary education in Electrical, some apprentice training, or relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of electrical products such as breakers, panels, lighting, and wire. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
