We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at BHATHAL&ASSOCIATES LTD. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our gas bar and retail business.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Assist the Store Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Financial Management: Assist in managing store finances, including cash handling and reconciliations.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or gas bar environment.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
