Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at JMC Security & Investigations Inc. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow
- Organize and assign tasks to team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train and develop team members in duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports on team performance and operations
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
- Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic security clearance and ability to obtain a criminal record check
