Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Maarut Inc. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and conduct business analysis to assess client business problems or opportunities and document technical business requirements.
  • Develop strategies, prepare business cases, and conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives.
  • Develop sound processes for requirements gathering, including JAD sessions, interviews, and mockups.
  • Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, process and data flow modeling, use case surveys, business rules definition, and non-functional requirements definitions.
  • Monitor progress, resolve problems, and report regularly to I&IT management and stakeholders.
  • Develop performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation and conduct follow-up assessments.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
  • Experience working with custom development software teams.
  • Agile Scrum experience (min 3 years of experience).
  • Strong experience in working with technical teams to develop use cases, context diagrams, sequence diagrams, user stories, and technical requirements.
