Epoxy Boss is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail and other materials, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent written communication, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, quick learner.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, permanent position, 30 to 35 hours per week, English language.
