Job Title: Senior Construction Estimator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team at Gottardo Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the tender and quantity take off process on multiple estimating projects.
* Deal directly with subtrades in preparation of tender documents.
* Work with the Chief Estimator to close tenders and proposals.
* Manage the transition of the successful project estimating to the project management team for execution.
* All other responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

* 3 years of estimating experience within the GTA.
* Experience estimating projects in the scope of $500K - $1M.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
* Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
* Experience in cost analysis and preparing estimates.
* Ability to review and interpret project specifications.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in construction estimating software.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Relevant certification or diploma in Construction Management and Estimating.
