Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft to ensure a safe and secure environment for passengers and crew.
  • Remove trash and debris from seats, seat pockets, and ensure seat belts are properly arranged to maintain a clean and organized cabin.
  • Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience for passengers.
  • Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Empty lavatory tanks and refill as required to ensure proper functioning of aircraft systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening and the ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (14 kg) on a regular basis.
  • Frequent standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, often for extended periods.
  • Comfort working in environments with jet and machinery noise.

Work Schedule:

Alliance Ground International operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. AGI requires its employees to be able to work flexible schedules which may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays or cancellations. Applicants must be able to work on weekends, (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.
