The Opportunity

At Hub International Canada West ULC, we're seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our sales team, you'll be responsible for advising clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance. You'll build relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives, while creatively offering a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client consultations to identify insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
  • Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments
  • Perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and inventory restock

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
