Xentek is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Service Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT service delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions. Your technical expertise will ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.


The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including experience with cloud-based systems and a strong understanding of information technology service delivery. You will work collaboratively with clients to identify requirements and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. A fast-paced work environment and ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.


Key responsibilities:



  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and provide technical advice
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches

Requirements:



  • Experience in cloud-based systems and information technology service delivery
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong understanding of information technology service delivery
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
