Job Title: Cloud Service Management Specialist

Xentek is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Service Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT service delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and ensure that our cloud services meet their needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that our cloud services are aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support the implementation of new cloud services.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure that our cloud services are optimized.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the security of our cloud services.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure that our cloud services meet the highest standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to our clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in cloud service management, IT service delivery, or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
