The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $93,500-$121,600, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional member service, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with members, local businesses, and community organizations to establish Coast Capital Savings as a trusted financial partner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop your team's sales skills, relationship-building abilities, and understanding of our purpose, mission, values, brand, and business practices.
  • Celebrate team successes, whether achieved through sales targets or personal growth within Coast Capital Savings.
  • Exemplify our 'How can we help you?' brand while driving sales, growth, and profitability across each area of our business.
  • Collaborate with General Insurance, Investments, and Commercial departments to achieve business and member experience strategies.
  • Oversee core branch operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, safety, and adherence to policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar position, with proven success in achieving business strategies in a financial institution.
  • Expertise in risk management and security compliance, deposit, and lending processes.
  • Possession of a Mutual Funds license is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the local market for business development.
