About the Role:

ATCO Frontec is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team in Western Canada. As a key member of our emergency response camps, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest sanitation standards and ensuring the good order and maintenance of all equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest sanitation standards are maintained in all areas of the camp
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, scrubbing, washing, and polishing floors and cleaning rugs
  • Dust furniture, wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork
  • Empty waste baskets and transport trash to disposal areas
  • Replenish bathroom supplies and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of janitorial experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
