Job Title: Recruiter - Employment

At STAFF NOW INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter - Employment to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise them on employment requirements and terms and conditions.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes, and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Personal Suitability:
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to work in a team environment.
  • Judgement and reliability are essential.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
