We are ROSS, an innovative provider of HR Technology, Human Resources and Recruitment professional services. As a Human Resources Strategist with our team, you will use your broad Human Resources experience to manage our clients' HR Best Practices, HR Strategy, and HR Administration.

Your responsibilities will include providing expertise on Performance Plans, Policies and Procedures, Employee Relations, On-boarding Programs, Employee Engagement and Surveys, Compensation and Benefits, HR Record Keeping, Terminations and Layoffs, HRIS Implementation, Training and Development, Succession Planning, and others.

You will work closely with our clients to improve their recruitment process, reducing time to hire, increasing candidate pool quality, and decreasing costs. Your duties will also include creating dynamic job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as liaising and negotiating with clients throughout the process.

This role requires strong professional image, ethical standards, integrity, objectivity, and confidence. You must be able to effectively manage relationships and build relationships at all levels, diagnose business problems, and recommend solutions.

We value a strong work ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and excellent communication and written skills. A familiarity with technology or willingness to learn is also essential.
