Job DescriptionAs a Registered Dental Hygienist at Bayside Family Dental, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating healthy smiles and improving patients' quality of life.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to remove plaque, tartar, and stains.
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments to identify potential issues.
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Screen patients for signs of oral diseases, such as gum disease or cavities.
- Provide personalized education on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care instructions.
- Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants as necessary to prevent decay and promote oral health.
- Collaborate with the dental team to create treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records.
- Current dental hygiene license.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Proficiency in using dental software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
We offer a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $50-$75 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
$60-$72 per hour-
