We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at East Ridge Family Dental in Owen Sound. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary, a bonus incentive program, and extended health care benefits.
Job SummaryThis role involves performing dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing. You will also record patient data, conduct oral health assessments, and provide patients with information on oral hygiene techniques. Additionally, you will take dental X-rays as needed and assist the dentist during procedures.

- Conduct oral health assessments and provide patients with information on oral hygiene techniques.
- Take dental X-rays as needed.
- Assist the dentist during procedures.
- Registered Dental Hygienist License (required).
- High-level knowledge of dental hygiene procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with dental office management software (Tracker knowledge is an asset).
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes extended health care, vision, and dental benefits, we also offer a bonus incentive program to recognize outstanding performance.
