About the Role

As a Physiotherapy Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians and enjoy opportunities for mentoring and professional growth. You will be responsible for providing hands-on manipulation to the body's tissues, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide manual therapy techniques to help decrease pain and improve mobility.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is a strong asset - new licensed graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • An interest in a treatment-based approach and complex injuries.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
