Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and designing and managing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Investment Strategies: Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Financial Analysis: Monitor financial control systems, oversee the collection and analysis of financial data, and prepare financial reports.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance required.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
