Job Opportunity

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to join their Advisory Team as an Investment Associate. This role involves providing administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless client service, and contributing to the growth of existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
  • Provide proactive client service, focusing on problem resolution and attention to detail.
  • Respond to client inquiries, including account transactions, tax receipts, and account reporting.
  • Assist with client onboarding and manage incoming communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation.
  • Support the team in updating communication channels, including websites and social media.
  • Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.

Requirements

  • Certifications: Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
