Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy knowledge of hotel management systems to optimize operational processes and workflows, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Consistently measure hotel performance, ensuring each hotel exceeds its target goals in sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Ensure all hotels meet brand guidelines for service, quality, and training.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to set and achieve financial goals, monitor key performance indicators, and drive revenue generation.
  • Oversee the overall revenue, sales, and operational performance of assigned hotels.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in hotel operations, preferably with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and/or IHG.
  • A minimum of five years' experience managing regional operations in the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the full-service hotel industry, including industry trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems and other relevant software.
