Financial Leadership Executive

Grand River Personnel Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Leadership Executive to lead their finance and accounting team in Waterloo Region.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in financial management, a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance, and a CPA designation. They should also possess strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
This role involves providing leadership analysis and recommendations, overseeing financial reporting, coordinating with external auditors, and developing internal control policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative culture within the team, preparing government reports, and ensuring data integrity.
In addition to technical expertise, the Financial Leadership Executive will play a key role in supporting the organization's strategic planning, developing partnerships, and implementing processes to ensure compliance with legislation and organizational values.
