Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Nirman Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our sites and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily cleaning operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and supplies.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and renovations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment for cleaning services.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in cleaning or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.

  • Repetitive tasks and physical demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy loads.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including offices, warehouses, and outdoor locations.
