At GE Hydro, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Team Lead to spearhead our engineering operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets, and guiding junior engineers in their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluating daily activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Evaluate technical designs and engineering work, providing guidance to junior engineers.
  • Leadership: Oversee the preparation of reports, advise senior management, and develop risk management plans.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in engineering management, project coordination, and leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of MS Office, AutoCAD, and SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
