Operations Manager

Eggsmart is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage and coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with company policies
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support as needed
- 5 years or more of experience in operations management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
