Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at 2651001 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting the company's interests.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, driving leadership development and succession planning.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the company's financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Leadership Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in operations management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Work Environment: Accommodation and food services industry, with a focus on operations management.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
